This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all AquaVibe products purchased through our website.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to high order volume.
A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. AquaVibe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays resulting from carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not qualify for refunds of shipping fees.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. AquaVibe is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Reshipment fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, AquaVibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
